HSI made its first investments in residential towers during 2016, through a joint venture with Idea!Zarvos (I!Z), a local residential developer with an extensive track record of delivering upscale product. Four projects were developed and delivered: Alba, Autem, Nube e Harmonia. 

During 2017, HSI formed an additional partnership with Nortis Inc., founded by Carlos Terepins, founder and former CEO of Even, one of the largest national residential developers. The venture launched and delivered six projects targeting mid- and high-income buyers in São Paulo: Área, Elevo, Siga, POD, Nord e Ventura.

Also in 2017, HSI acquired a 4,000 sqm parcel and partnered with Cyrela to develop Cyrela Iconyc, a 22,000 sqm predominantly residential project representing potential sales in excess of BRL 300 million.

In all, these eleven project project represent 100,000 sqm of saleable area. HSI’s deep expertise in the real estate market combined with our partners’ local neighborhood experience to generate over BRL 1.3 billion in sales.
