The Extra-Milers program targets the next generation of firm leadership and involves a comprehensive immersion in each of our business units, promoting a multi-disciplinary view of our business and forging deep interpersonal relationships across departments, coupled with personalized mentorship. The focus is to ensure the perpetuity of the firm by motivating and preparing the team to face market challenges.
Junior Talents
A demonstration of our commitment to the career development of our younger team members, this program promotes a complete immersion into the firm’s culture, explains our business cycle, and stimulates exchanges and relationships.
HShe
We seek to do much more important than accepting diversity More important than merely accepting diversity, it is critical to actively promote equality by providing space for transformation within our organization. This is what compelled us to launch HShe, a program focused on provoking important discussions about leadership in the workplace for women, while supporting their professional development and seeking increased representation throughout our team.
