In 2017, HSI returned to the residential market with two joint ventures, the first with Carlos Terepins at Nortis, Inc., and the second with Idea Zarvos.

The focus is mid- and high-end residential projects in the city of São Paulo. Five properties have been acquired and are currently under development.
