Until 2012, HSI was the owner of the country’s largest logistics warehouse platform (CLB—Centro Logístico Brasil), which comprised 37 warehouses and over 15 million sqm. In November of 2012, CLB was sold to Global Logistics Properties (GLP) in what was to that date the largest real estate transaction in Brazilian history.

Now, after a 5-year absence, HSI has returned to the logistics sector under the brand Syslog – Inteligência Logística (Syslog Logistics Intelligence). Today, HSI has four projects in its portfolio: the recently acquired Syslog São Paulo I warehouse (São Paulo), Syslog Galeão (Rio), Ecopark Curitiba (Paraná), already operational, and Ecopark Araucária (Paraná) which is under development.
