HSI began investing in retail in 2007 through three greenfield developments: Shopping P\u00e1tio Macei\u00f3 (AL), Via Verde (AC), and Jardim Guadalupe (RJ).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To optimize management and leasing of its growing shopping center portfolio, in 2012 HSI formed a joint venture with Alqia Administradora, a shopping center operator. Alqia has since become the exclusive operator of HSI’s shopping center portfolio, ensuring truly active management and thus consistent returns for investors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In November 2022, HSI acquired Alqia. The firm has nearly three decades of experience in the retail sector, having developed assets of different sizes and targeted various markets throughout Brazil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our shopping center portfolio is comprised of 11 assets representing over 390,000 sqm GLA, of which 7 are held by FII HSI Malls (HSML11): Shopping Granja Vianna (SP), SuperShopping Osasco (SP), Shopping Metr\u00f4 Tucuruvi (SP), Shopping P\u00e1tio Macei\u00f3 (AL), Via Verde (AC), Shopping Paralela (BA) e Shopping Uberaba (MG). A HSI iniciou sua trajet\u00f3ria no segmento de shopping centers a partir de 2008, quando investiu em 3 projetos de desenvolvimento greenfield<\/em>: Shopping P\u00e1tio Macei\u00f3 (AL), Via Verde (AC) e Jardim Guadalupe (RJ).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Para expandir sua atua\u00e7\u00e3o em planejamento, gest\u00e3o e comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o de shopping centers, a HSI formou, em 2012, uma joint venture<\/em> com a atual Alqia Adminstradora de empreendimento comerciais. Desde ent\u00e3o a empresa \u00e9 a administradora, comercializadora e desenvolvedora dos shopping centers do portf\u00f3lio dos fundos da HSI, garantindo uma gest\u00e3o genuinamente ativa e retornos consistentes aos seus investidores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A partir de novembro de 2022 a empresa foi adquirida definitivamente pelo grupo HSI, e conta com quase tr\u00eas d\u00e9cadas no segmento, desenvolvendo projetos de diferentes portes e posicionamento em todas as regi\u00f5es do Brasil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
