HSI has acquired and developed several buildings including the Eco Berrini tower in Sao Paulo, one of the few projects in Brazil to achieve the USGBC Leed Platinum rating and the Oscar Niemeyer designed Eco Sapucai Building in Rio de Janeiro.

HSI’s strategy is to invest in high-end projects in the regions of São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro.
