HSI real estate investments are structured through private equity fund vehicles called Fundos de Investimentos em Participações, which in term invest capital through controlling interests in SPEs.

In addition to funds in the FIP format, HSI also manages a receivables fund structured as a Fundo de Direitos Creditórios.

The Fund will project HSI’s presence in the retail space through the Saphyr JV, while exploring new segments and geographies. With a substantial portion of commitments allocated, the Fund is in its investment period.

FIP PROSPERITAS III INDUSTRIAL

Structured as a coinvestment vehicle for FIP Prosperitas III for the acquisition of a large portfolio of assets, this vehicle has since been substantially divested.
